Im sure there are many more I could find, and even in the 80's we had Taylor Dayne, Sabrina, etc. So are just Dance/Electronica girls just waaaay hotter? Or are there loads of punk/rock/grunge ones that I've just never seen :/ I somehow doubt that tbh.

In Dance music, and the culture around it - people are made to look more attractive.
Dance music generally is happy music.
There are actually some very very fit girls that listen to emo and punk crap (Crap IMO anyway), But I've only seen that when they arnt really wearing much.

Tessa aswell, shes well cute Smile

But girls that more listen to dance music (And UKHardcore) deffo seem to wear much brighter clothes and want to stand out more n the crowd... Where as I see girls that listen to the "greb" stuff more wanna be like everyone else.

Yeah Dan, I don't deny that many hot girls listen to emo n punk crap. But what I meant in my question was how many of the actual artists are hot, not the listeners. Yeh Avril maybe, but more ppl? Oop yep erm Shirley Manson too from Garbage wasn't bad ^^

I guess your right bout the culture around it, it just seems a shame that the attractive side hasn't rubbed off on rock,metak,grunge,etc a bit more. :/ Or maybe I shud rephrase that and say its a shame "lookswise" it isn't more balanced (so I don't sound too shallow rofl.)

Well in dance, the artists are more male dominated rather than female.

N-Trance is 2 guys and the female vocalist (Kelly Llorenna or the other one... forgot her name).

Alot of females that appear on songs arnt actually part of the artist, just the vocals.
"Dj Sammy - Heaven" is another great example.

Which is why I mainly took my post to the audience route rather than the artist route Smile

Agreed! But im guessing in grunge/metal, the artists are male dominated too, hmm but I guess maybe sticking a hot female yelling, and groaning down a mic to some death beat would be odd, tho it damn sure would be kinky! Wink
